About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team, with a focus on search arbitrage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, driving high-quality traffic through the strategic use of search feeds and media buying techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage paid search campaigns, with a focus on search arbitrage, utilizing various ad platforms such as Facebook, Google, and other paid traffic sources.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent and high-converting keywords for search arbitrage campaigns.
  • Feed Optimization: Work with data from different search feeds (Google RSOC/ TONIC/ DOMAIN ACTIVE/ SYSTEM1 / BODIS/ SEDO /YAHOOFEED, etc.) to optimize and scale campaigns.
  • Bid Management: Adjust bids and budgets to optimize return on investment (ROI) and revenue per click (RPC), maximizing profitability.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics, such as CPC, CTR, CPA, RPC, and ROI, to assess campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to design and test ad creatives that align with campaign goals and target audience.
  • A/B Testing: Execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and keywords to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitoring & Scaling: Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for scalability, profitability, and overall effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all ads and campaigns comply with platform policies and legal regulations, staying updated on the latest changes in advertising guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of minimum 3+ years in media buying with a focus on search arbitrage.
  • Strong understanding of paid search platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner.
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking and analysis tools like Google Analytics, ClickFlare, or other tracking software.
  • Proven Experience working with any search feeds like Google RSOC/ TONIC/ DOMAIN ACTIVE/ SYSTEM1 / BODIS/ SEDO /YAHOOFEED, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
  • Experience in managing budgets and spending on digital campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook ads compliance and platform policies.

Pay range and compensation package - Decent hike onto last package upto 12 LPA
